The importance of tea. Quoute your sources

I have heard my mum telling me so many times: drink tea! It’s good for your health! It is very good for you.  Do you know how many types of tea there are nowadays? If you tried it and didn’t like it, there are plenty of types to try. Tea is an aromatic beverage commonly prepared by pouring hot or boiling water over cured leaves of the Camellia sinensis, an evergreen shrub native to Asia.

Green tea is considered the healthiest because it contains a lot of antioxidants which can help you to live longer. Furthermore it helps you to lose weight naturally by improving the cellular function of the organism. It also improves the depuration process and beautifies you skin.
White tea is from China and is produced in the high mountains of the Fujian Provence. White tea is an expensive, refined product which is also good for your health. It is said that this type of tea is three times more effective than green tea. It is also fourteen times more powerful than a glass of orange juice in improving your defenses. It eliminates body fat and it is recommended for people with a tendancy to be nervous, since it contains half the caffeine of the green tea.
Blue tea contains many vitamins and minerals. It keeps the heart healthy and the rest of the body healthy in general. It reduces the effects of alcohol and helps to keep the teeth healthy.
Red tea is considered as “the healthy drink” in China because it does not contain any detrimental substances to the body. Not only does it fight depression and aids weight loss, but it reduces the cholesterol in the blood and can help control a bed temper. The bad thing about it is that it can cause tachycardia because it stimulates the heart rate.
There are also other types of tea such as, black tea or yellow tea.

In conclusion, every type of tea has qualities which are needed for good health. But above all, tea improves your diet and reduces body fat. I have to say that after reading all of this, I’m going to start drinking more tea.
